3. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to check availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
